1 to 3 new agents per quarter, depending on complexity. A 'simple' agent (meeting transcription, email routing, CRM enrichment) takes 2-3 weeks to deploy. A complex multi-agent system (autonomous SDR, SEO team) takes 1 to 2 months. The pace adapts to your quarterly priorities defined at the executive committee. Can we combine a Mission + a Chief AI Officer?
This is the recommended scenario for SMEs that want to move fast. Typical pattern: Months 1-3, Mission Core (75K) to build the foundations (Memory + first 3-5 agents). From month 4 onward, switch to fractional Chief AI Officer (10K/month) to pilot the system and deploy new agents as they come. What if I decide to stop after 6 months?
No problem. The 6-month commitment is the minimum for the relationship to make sense (time for you to understand the value delivered and for the agents to stabilize). Beyond that, renewal is monthly and cancellable with 30 days' notice. All deployed agents are yours: code, documentation, technical access. You can take over in-house or switch to another vendor without lock-in.
Can the Chief AI Officer replace my CIO?
No. They are complementary, not a substitute. The CIO retains responsibility for global infrastructure (network, security, ERP, CRM, compliance). The Chief AI Officer focuses on the AI agents layer: multi-agent architecture, enterprise memory, integration with existing tools, governance of the data used by the agents.
