What you get

AI Audit: full breakdown

The AI Audit is the lead product. It answers a simple question: 'Where do I start, how much can it return, and on what timeline?'

What the audit covers

  • Workflow mapping: who does what, how long it takes, with which tools, with which dependencies
  • Tool inventory: CRM, ERP, line-of-business tools, existing automations, AI already in use
  • Time-leak analysis: the 10-15 high-volume repetitive tasks identified through interviews
  • 3-5 priority initiatives: the processes where AI has the highest impact, sized over 12 months
  • Potential sizing: automatable hours per week, FTEs avoided, annual savings
  • Recommended roadmap: sequence of initiatives, dependencies, milestones, effort required

Deliverables

  • 15-20 page PDF report, structured, readable, shareable with your board
  • Shared Notion document with the same information, queryable, editable
  • 2-hour debrief with your executive committee, by video or in person in Paris

Week-by-week timeline

Week 1 · Interviews and mapping

5 to 8 forty-five-minute interviews with your operational staff and your executive committee. Analysis of existing tools, CRM exports, workflow observation. At the end of week 1, a visual map of your organization is shared for validation.

Week 2 · Analysis, prioritization, sizing

Cross-referencing of data, pattern identification, sizing of potential per initiative. Report writing. At the end of week 2, the report is sent with 72 hours of lead time so you can read it before the debrief.

Week 3 · Executive committee debrief

2 hours with your executive committee. Presentation of priority initiatives, Q&A, decision: internal execution, Mission with Alexis, or another provider.

The audit commits you to nothing. If the identified initiatives do not justify an investment, I will tell you. The only thing that always costs more than an audit is a poorly scoped mission.

If you sign a Mission within 30 days, the Audit is deducted from the price. See the 12-week AI-First transformation method.

Frequently asked questions

What executives ask me about the AI Audit

What is an AI audit, concretely?
An AI Audit is a structured analysis of your organization to identify what can be automated, what should not be, and where the 3-5 highest-ROI initiatives are. The audit covers: workflow mapping (who does what, how long), inventory of existing tools, analysis of time leaks, interviews with operational staff, sizing of potential gains. You leave with a 15-20 page report, a prioritized roadmap, and a 2-hour debrief with your executive committee.
How much does the AI Audit cost and how does it run?
The AI Audit is a fixed fee of 6,500 EUR (excl. VAT). It runs over 2 weeks: week 1, interviews (5-8 key people in your organization) plus analysis of existing tools; week 2, report writing, sizing, prioritization. The debrief with your executive committee takes place in week 3. If you sign a Mission Phase 1 or Core within 30 days after the debrief, the 6,500 EUR is deducted from the Mission price.
How does this differ from an audit by a traditional consulting firm?
A traditional firm (Wavestone, Artefact, Converteo) typically charges 30K-80K EUR for an equivalent audit, often delivered by a junior team that has never deployed an AI agent in production. Here, the audit is done directly by Alexis Prat, architect of 95 agents in production in his own companies. The initiatives identified are already validated by field experience, not extrapolated from a theoretical matrix.
What concrete deliverables?
Three deliverables: (1) a 15-20 page PDF report structured in 5 sections (workflow mapping, tool analysis, 3-5 priority initiatives, sizing of potential gain over 12 months, recommended roadmap), (2) a shared Notion document with the same information, queryable and editable, (3) a 2-hour debrief by video or in person with your executive committee, including Q&A.
Which SMEs is the AI Audit relevant for?
Companies from 20 to 500 employees, revenue between 2 and 100M EUR. Sectors: B2B services (accounting firms, lawyers, HR, agencies), distribution, logistics and transport, real estate, light industry, construction, private healthcare. Tech startups and CAC40 large groups are not the target. Below 20 employees, the investment is unlikely to pay off; above 500, you are probably inside a large group and need a firm with a full team.
I already use ChatGPT, Copilot and a few automations. Is the audit still useful?
Yes, and that is often where it reveals the most value. These tools fall into AI-Assisted: they boost individual productivity without restructuring the organization. The audit maps what you already have, identifies redundancies and blind spots, and proposes a plan to move to AI-First (autonomous agents, persistent memory, multi-agent architecture). Most SMEs that believe they are 'advanced on AI' are actually at 20% of real potential.
What happens after the Audit?
Three possible scenarios. (1) You decide to execute internally with your team based on the report: you have everything you need to start. (2) You sign a Mission Phase 1 (30K) or Core (75K) with Alexis within 30 days, and the 6,500 EUR is deducted. (3) You prefer to hand execution to another provider: the report is structured enough for a freelancer or a firm to pick it up, with no dependency on Alexis.
