Week 1 · Scoping and build

Use-case scoping with you and the team member who will use the agent. Access to the relevant tools, agent build, first tests on real data. By the end of week 1, a first version is running and your team member is testing it.

Week 2 · Production rollout and sign-off

Iterations based on field feedback, hookup to the real workflow, full onboarding of your team member. End of week 2: joint sign-off of the agent in production, and delivery of the roadmap of the next 5 projects.

The definition is contractual: an agent deployed in your environment, used by at least 1 team member on a real workflow (not a sandbox), and validated together at the end of the sprint. It is the same standard I apply to the 95 agents running in my own companies.
How much does the Sprint Agent cost and how does payment work?
9,500 EUR (excl. VAT), fixed fee, paid 100% upfront. The fee covers use-case scoping, building the agent, deployment in your environment, onboarding of your team member, final sign-off, and the roadmap of the next 5 projects.
How is this different from the AI Audit?
The AI Audit (8,500 EUR, 2 weeks) produces a full analysis: mapping, sizing, roadmap. It is the right format if you do not know where to start. The Sprint Agent is the opposite format: we pick one use case together and I deliver a running agent. It is the format for people who do not need to be convinced by a PDF, but want to see the method run inside their own company.
How do we pick the use case?
At kickoff, at the start of the sprint. I look for a real-volume, measurable workflow with an identified team member who will use it daily: inbound lead qualification, first customer reply, proposal preparation, recurring reporting, email triage and routing. The criterion: an agent that is visible and useful within 14 days, not the most ambitious project on your roadmap.
What happens after the sprint?
The agent is yours and keeps running. Three possible next steps: (1) you execute the roadmap of the next 5 projects internally, (2) you move to a fractional Chief AI Officer retainer (10K EUR/month) so I maintain the agent and ship a new guaranteed one every month, (3) you launch a full transformation Mission (55 to 140K EUR depending on company size).
What if the agent is not in production after 2 weeks?
The contractual definition protects both sides: deployed, used by at least 1 team member on a real workflow, validated together. If the blocker is on my side, I extend the sprint at no extra cost until the agent is in production. Same result guarantee as my other formats: I sell a running agent, not billable time.
